Project Objectives

To build trust and establish NETSCOUT’s reputation as an industry leader. The page needed to effectively communicate the company’s values, mission, and expertise, ensuring visitors feel confident in the brand.

The goal was to create a compelling narrative that resonates with both existing and potential customers.

This would be done by:

  • Creating a modern, user-friendly design that effectively communicates NETSCOUT’s story, mission, and values.

  • Enhancing engagement and navigation by improving content structure, messaging, and visual hierarchy.

To better understand user perspectives, I conducted semi-structured interviews with target users and key stakeholders. These interviews provided valuable insights into their frustrations with the current About Us page and highlighted missing elements

Key themes from the interviews were that users were hoping to find and learn more in the companies About Us page.

  • Key content for the companies About Us page is missing, creating a sense of incompleteness.

  • The page feels outdated and lacks engaging design elements, leaving users with a poor first impression.

  • Some of the layout and text are not user-friendly, with legibility issues frustrating users

While many companies included a wide range of sections on their About Us page, the key elements consistently featured were:

Featuring an awards section highlights industry recognition and achievements, reinforcing credibility and demonstrating the company’s excellence and impact

Career Section

Including a career section showcases growth opportunities, company culture, and values, helping to attract top talent who align with the organization’s mission.

In this redesign, modern UX improvements were introduced while adhering to brand guidelines, creating a solution that feels both fresh and familiar.

I presented my designs to stakeholders to highlight progress and gather input for refinements.

The feedback was exceptionally positive, with many noting the dramatic improvement and expressing surprise that some of the newly included information had been missing in the original design.
